CV-Burn is best used when energy levels drop and cardio output becomes harder to maintain. A second serving can be utilised in extreme deficit phases or for double cardio sessions. Not recommended for off-season use.

USAGE

Mix one scoop (3g) or one and a half scoops (4.5g) with 150-250ml of cold water in a shaker.

To assess tolerance, start with 1 scoop (3g) 30 minutes before cardio. For experienced users, take 1.5 scoops (4.5g) 30 minutes before cardio.
