It provides a flexible serving size from 400 to 900 kcal, with 28g of protein at the smallest serving and up to 60g of protein at the full 250g mass serving. Over 20g of the protein content comes from complete whole protein sources including dairy and soy.

USAGE

250g serving: mix 5 scoops with 400ml of water and consume.
