CNP DESSERT protein contains a blend of both fast and slow digesting proteins from high quality Whey Protein Concentrate and Micellar Casein making it superior both in ingredients and taste. At only 127 calories per serving, it is the perfect way to reach your protein requirements.

Mix 3 heaped scoops with 150ml of cold water. Immediately pour into desired serving container and let stand for 3-5 minutes to allow the dessert to set.
